Our company offers flexible mobile notary services both in-person and online for our clients. In addition to the cost of each notarial act, we charge a travel fee for mobile appointments and a technology fee for online appointments.

Notary Fees
In the state of Virginia, notary fees are regulated by law and are set at a maximum of $5 per notarial act. This means that a notary public in Virginia can charge up to $5 for each signature they notarize.
However, additional fees may apply for mobile or online notary services.
For mobile notary services, notaries in Virginia are allowed to charge a travel fee in addition to the notary fee. This fee is typically based on the distance the notary has to travel to meet with the client.
For online notary services, notaries in Virginia are allowed to charge a technology fee in addition to the notary fee. This fee covers the cost of using specialized software and equipment needed to conduct notarial acts online.

REAL ESTATE SERVICES
Real Estate Services are charged at a flat rate. We may choose to apply a full or partial service charge for providing these services. The charges cover any relevant State Notary Fees, Administrative & Travel Charges (within 20 miles roundtrip), and RON fees. However, Office Services, Holiday Fees, KBA fees, and Non-Notary Witness charges remain applicable.
